• Most of our products are digital or virtual. Unless otherwise stated, you will not receive anything physical in the mail.

FYI: Some videos and audios are not downloadable but accessible to you.

For example, in the A. Suite you are given ACCESS to course audios and videos. Meaning you may listen and watch at your leisure.

However, you are not able to download the copyrighted content to your personal device.

You may be given permission to download some tools like workbooks, ebooks, templates, and worksheets.

1. Check your email, spam and promotions folders for confirmation of your purchase. There may be a link within the email.

2. Try logging into your customer account without the link. There is a link to this on our homepage at the top right corner. You will need the email you used to purchase the product. Once you log in, you'll see a list of your purchases, and some may contain direct links to your products.

3. Be sure your transaction was successfully charged and completed. When a credit card declines it will stop the transaction until payment clears.

4. Refresh your page and clear your cache on your internet browser if you still cannot gain access.
